The Behind the Scenes Workshops

In July 2023, Act One conducted a series of workshops with students aged 7-14 years at the Disha Foundation to introduce them to basic soft skills in theatre and drama such as in teamwork, communication, and leadership to empower them to express themselves to the best of their abilities.

The Playtime Performances

In December 2023, Act one organized a theatre production titled ‘New Friends’ with the students at Disha Foundation, raising awareness about the importance of inclusivity and openness while forming new relationships in school. As part of the production, we hosted extensive rehearsals to brush up skills such as dialogue delivery, enunciation, and overall stage presence to execute the play for an audience of 80 people at the Disha Foundation.
